An engineer reviews every RFQ and replies within 4 business hours with either a quote, a clarification request or a scheduled technical call. Emergency call-outs are answered 24/7 by phone.

Yes. The RFQ form accepts up to 5 files of 25 MB each, including PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, Excel and ZIP files.

General

We operate from bases in Tananger, Mongstad and Hammerfest (Norway), Aberdeen (UK), Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Midland, Texas (USA). See the coverage map for response times per region.

HSE

We are ISNetworld Grade A, Avetta approved and qualified in Achilles JQS. Registration numbers are listed on our HSE & Certifications page.

Our 12-month total recordable incident rate (TRIR) is 0.21 per 200,000 hours, and we publish updated figures on our HSE page every quarter.

Quality

Yes. We hold API Spec Q1 registration and an API 6A monogram licence covering wellhead and Christmas tree equipment from PSL 1 to PSL 4. Certificates can be downloaded from the spec library without logging in.

Yes. FAT and pressure tests can be witnessed by the client or a third party such as DNV, Bureau Veritas or Lloyd's Register. Test charts are recorded digitally and included in the MRB.

Supply

Yes. SDS for all chemicals and lubricants are available in the 16-section GHS format in English and Norwegian, and on request in other EU languages.
