Pipeline Integrity & CUI Inspection Services (API 570 / API 579) | Riis Energy Services

Programmes d'intégrité basés sur le risque : ultrasons multiéléments, détection de la corrosion sous isolant (CUI), protection cathodique, analyse ILI et aptitude au service selon API 579.

En bref

  • PAUT, TOFD and C-scan corrosion mapping
  • CUI screening: PEC, profile RT, thermography
  • Cathodic protection and CIPS/DCVG surveys
  • ILI data review and FFS to API 579 Level 1–2
  • Drone-based visual inspection of flare and elevated lines
  • EN ISO 9712 Level 2/3 certified inspectors

Our integrity engineers build and run risk-based inspection (RBI) programmes for export pipelines, flowlines and topside piping. We combine screening methods with targeted quantitative inspection so budgets go where the risk is.

Corrosion under insulation

CUI screening with pulsed eddy current (PEC) and profile radiography, followed by phased-array UT on flagged locations. Results are delivered in a GIS-linked dashboard with remaining-life calculations.

Assessment

ILI data review, dent and metal-loss assessment to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 Level 1–2 and DNV-RP-F101, and repair recommendations with priority rankings.

What is the best inspection method for CUI?

No single method finds all CUI. The most cost-effective approach is risk-based screening with pulsed eddy current (PEC) or profile radiography across the insulated system, followed by phased-array ul…
