This page explains how RIIS-DATA processes personal data and uses cookies, in accordance with the GDPR and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven § 3-15).
Personal data
We process the information you give us when you register, order or contact us (name, e-mail, phone, address, company). The data is used to deliver our services, invoice, and communicate with you. Bookkeeping data is stored for 5 years as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Vipps MobilePay and PayPal. We never store card details.

Payment providers (Stripe, Vipps, PayPal) set their own cookies on their pages during payment.
Support chat and video calls
The support chat keeps the conversation in your session (not in a tracking cookie). When the AI assistant is on, your messages – and, if you are logged in, the status of your own projects and orders – are sent to our AI provider to create the answer. If you ask to talk to an employee, we store your name, e-mail, phone, the topic and the chat before the request so we can help you. Video calls run via Agora and are not recorded. Camera and microphone are only used when you turn them on yourself.
